Based in Silicon Valley, we bring together experience in artificial intelligence, product development, and public education to explore how technology can thoughtfully support learners in an increasingly digital world. Jerry combines technical expertise and education leadership to build tools
that help students develop confident communication skills. As a school board
member and Cornell graduate with 30+ patents, he believes that in an AI-driven
world, the most important skills are the deeply human ones.
Nancy (Nan) Yu

Nancy is an AI product leader with experience building solutions used by
millions. She focuses on designing technology that empowers learners and
expands access to opportunity through thoughtful, human-centered systems. She believes that when designed responsibly, AI can help learners develop clarity, confidence, and real-world communication skills at scale.

Eric brings entrepreneurial and enterprise leadership experience to Dial Plus.
He specializes in translating complex challenges into scalable solutions and
